What type of payment we accept at CameraCard.Ca?
Payments are through PayPal, when the payment is required, you will be directed automatically to the PayPal site. Your credit card data does not enter our site or get stored on our site, only PayPal.
Visa, MasterCard and American Express are accepted at PayPal.

Shipping
Shipping is via Canada Post, Xpresspost service. This should be 1-2 days delivery in major centers. Your parcel will have a tracking number. At this time we are only offering one delivery option. There is a $10 shipping charge ( plus taxes) for the first item in an order, there are no additional shipping charges for additional items in the same order.

Do we ship outside Canada?
Not at this time.

Product returns
If you are not happy with a product return it within 14 days with the packaging intact and unopened, and we will refund the price of the product, but you will pay the shipping fees.
If the product is defective we will credit the shipping fees, we typically need 7 days to determine if a product is defective and issue a credit.

For fastest service, please call us prior to returning any product. If you are returning a product to us you will want to insure it against loss or damage, because we can't credit you, if we do not receive the goods you are returning.
