1. All orders to be paid in full before shipping, payment in Canadian dollars.
2. We do not ship outside of Canada at this time.
3. IN NO EVENT SHALL SELLER BE RESPONSIBLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF USE, INCOME OR PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THIS WEBSITE OR THE PRODUCTS SOLD ON IT INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, BREACH OF ANY OBLIGATION IMPOSED ON SELLER HEREUNDER OR IN CONNECTION HEREWITH, EVEN IF SELLER HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT SHALL SELLER BE LIABLE FOR ANY PROGRAMS OR DATA STORED IN OR USED IN CONJUNCTION WITH ANY MERCHANDISE SOLD, THE COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH RECOVERING SUCH PROGRAMS OR DATA, OR ANY INCOMPATIBILITIES BETWEEN THE MERCHANDISE SOLD AND ANY HARDWARE OR SOFTWARE USED BY BUYER. IN NO EVENT SHALL SELLER BE LIABLE FOR ANY EXPENSES INCURRED BY BUYER FOR ANY INSTALLATION DONE BY SOMEONE OTHER THAN SELLER. In no event shall the Seller's liability (whether under the theories of breach of contract or warranty, negligence or strict liability) exceed the purchased price paid for the goods.

FOR CERTAIN PARTS OF THE WEBSITE YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO HAVE / CREATE A CUSTOMER PROFILE WITH A USERNAME AND PASSWORD, THIS PROFILE WILL REMAIN THE PROPERTY OF CAMERACARD.CA AND MAY BE CANCELLED OR SUSPENDED AT ANY TIME AND FOR ANY REASON BY CAMERACARD.CA IN ITS DISCRETION WITHOUT ANY NOTICE OR LIABILITY TO YOU OR ANY OTHER PERSONS.
CAMERACARD.CA IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR VERIFYING THE ACTUAL IDENTITY OR AUTHORITY OF ANY PERSON USING YOUR CUSTOMER PROFILE ON THIS WEBSITE.
YOU ARE FULLY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE SECURITY OF ANY USERNAMES OR PASSWORDS ASSOCIATED WITH YOUR CUSTOMER PROFILE AND ANY AND ALL USE OR MISUSE OF YOUR PROFILE OR THE INFORMATION CONTAINED WITHIN.
5. ALL PERSONAL INFORMATION SUBMITTED TO THE WEBSITE MUST BE TRUE, ACCURATE, CURRENT AND COMPLETE. CAMERACARD.CA WILL RELY ON THE INFORMATION YOU SUBMIT. YOU WILL BE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR AND LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGE, LOSS OR ADDITIONAL COSTS AS A RESULT OF ANY FALSE, INCORRECT, INCOMPLETE OR OUT OF DATE INFORMATION.
For product returns
6. All goods returned for credit must be in unopened boxes in good condition, and returned within fifteen working days. Failure to meet these conditions will result in a restocking fee, to be determined by us, of between 15-30%.
7. For goods returned, we reserve the right to substitute a card of equal or greater capacity or speed if the original model is no longer in stock.
8. CameraCard.Ca is not responsible for lost or damaged packages, please insure your parcel and get a tracking number. Use a padded package to avoid damage to your product.
